Teejet Centreline 230 Lightbar GPS Guidance System

Advanced Guidance and Automatic Boom Section Control

CenterLine 230BP combines effective GPS guidance with automatic boom section control. Guidance modes include parallel,

curved AB and headland modes. Setup is quick and easy, and the overhead map view is simple and intuitive. Automatic boom

boom section control uses your GPS location and a record of sprayed area to automatically switch off any sprayer boom sections

that overlap a previously applied area. This capability is very useful on point rows, in situations where swaths are curved, and even

at the end of each pass. Reducing overlap saves material inputs, crop stress, fuel, time and operator stress.

Automatic boom section control capability is built into the console. Simply connect the appropriate SmartCable to interface with

your existing spray rate controller. CenterLine 230BP is compatible with most rate controllers, and installation is quick and easy.

The Field Pilot 220

Automatic Steering System

FieldPilot 220 is an innovative GPS guidance device that provides effective results in an easy-to-use

package at an unbeatable price.  The FieldPilot system is an extension of the familiar CenterLine 220 console

which is easy to use and familiar.  Guidance information is provided on a bright, clear graphical display and

also on a built-in lightbar. The system will provide manual or automated guidance in parallel (straight) and

curved AB patterns. The simplicity and value that make CenterLine 220 manual guidance so appealing

are now available in an assisted steering package that’s ready to make a difference in your operation.

FieldPilot 220 connects to the hydraulic power steering system to provide reliable and convenient control. This method of connection keeps the cab free of brackets

and motors that may interfere with normal steering.

During operation, the first pass in a field is driven manually.  Subsequent passes are conducted by lining up the vehicle near the desired swath and engaging assisted

steering.  The vehicle will automatically maintain its precise location on the desired track.  At the row end, the operator can easily disengage the steering system and

make the headland turn manually.

If your GPS antenna is mounted 12 feet (4 meters) above the ground, a 10% side slope can cause 2 feet (0.6 m) of

position error. The new Tilt Compensation Module corrects GPS position errors caused by side-slope conditions.

The TeeJet 844 Sprayer Control offers spraying advantages not found in other controllers. Designed

with simplicity in mind, computer controlled spraying has never been so easy. Simply set your

target application rate and the unique VisiFlo display on the 844 helps select the right TeeJet tip for

the application. Once spraying begins, the large display shows application rate, volume sprayed,

system pressure, sprayer speed, and area covered.

The built in planning tool on the 844 automatically displays the speed needed to achieve the target

rate with the specified tip. It will also calculate the pressure necessary for achieving the target

application rate when speed is entered.
